1. Who we are

2. What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, and, if you choose to give them, your organisation, project location and a description of your project.
• Calls, WhatsApp and email: if you contact us directly, we receive the details you share (for example your phone number and message).
• Website usage data, only if you accept analytics: pages viewed, button clicks, approximate location, device and browser. See our Cookie Policy for details.

You are never required to give us more than the form asks for, and fields marked optional can be left blank.

3. Why we use it, and your consent

We use your information to:

• reply to your enquiry and prepare a consultation or quote;
• discuss and carry out a project with you, if you decide to go ahead;
• understand how the website is used and improve it (analytics, only with your consent).

We rely on your consent. By submitting the contact form you agree to us using your details for these purposes. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 7). We do not use your details for unrelated marketing and we never sell them.

4. Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the website and our business. They only handle data for these purposes:

• FormSubmit.co — delivers contact form submissions to our email inbox.
• Google — our email is hosted with Google (Gmail), and Google provides Analytics/Firebase (only if you accept), Google Maps and Google Fonts.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.

Some of these providers process data on servers outside India. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not share your details with anyone else without your permission.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you, to carry out any project we agree, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. After that we delete or anonymise them. Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics account.

6. Keeping it safe

The website is served over HTTPS and we limit access to enquiries to the people who need them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

7. Your rights and choices

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct or update it;
• delete it;
• stop using it, by withdrawing your consent.

This website is intended for adults planning building and interior projects. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
