Looking for an architect in Chandigarh? What to know before you hire
Chandigarh is a planned city laid out in sectors, and building rules and architectural controls here differ from those in Ludhiana. Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula also fall under different authorities, each with its own approval process. Whoever you hire, make sure they check the current rules for your specific plot before the design is fixed.
We're a Ludhiana practice, about 100 km from Chandigarh. We don't have a Chandigarh office and we'd rather say so plainly.
